Foo Fighters Make $147,450 For Their DNC Gig

Foo Fighters cashed in when they played at the Democratic National Conventionin Charlotte.  The Charlotte Observer is reporting that the band was paid $147,450 to perform on the closing night of the convention.

A band like Foo Fighters makes very good money when they play concerts.  In 2011, they made $20 million on the road.  Of course, they normally play more than two songs.
